Innovation and collaboration are, indeed, highly valued at PGE. That desire to nurture those qualities – as well as the connection between employees — is why flexible work expectations at PGE were updated in July 2023 so employees were asked to be onsite, with their teams, one day a week.
The energy industry is evolving quickly and, with our commitment to delivering clean, reliable energy to our fellow Oregonians, the pace at PGE is rapid. Continuous improvement is a priority, and we are moving quickly to update the tools we use for everything from creating purchase orders to managing payroll.
