      Team is very close and work well together. Each person has strong experiences in their individual fields. Really like the work we do here.

      Pros

      Lots of insight into real estate space, great co-workers, family feel, and they wanted you to be involved

      Cons

      Feels like there is very little room to move within... management was good though, but leadership opportunities felt limited

      Pros

      Very nice people, good work environment, Portman family members are genuinely caring and treat workers like family. Many people have worked here for over 20 years, a few for 40.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the family has turned over the CEO position to an outsider who doesn't share the same values. Beware of the bait and switch on the offer letter.
