Great Place to work - Account Manager Position Green Employee Review

Don't know why there are some negative reviews here. Been at the company for over 5 months now and it's been great so far. Company respects the employees and honestly has a great culture. My team leader has been uplifting and has helped me and the rest of the team to succeed in our roles. Would recommend

It's a scaleup, that means that some processes are still being defined. That also means that sometimes you have to proactively look for answers (though most people ate the company are very open to help).

Fantastic culture, super collaborative and engaging environment even across teams/regions. Felt very supported and encouraged to learn and grow from day 1. Slack was a fantastic way to share ideas and build connections. Amazing work life balance. People were very passionate about sustainability. Platform was very user friendly and allowed CS team to act very independently and be creative. Workload was fine but other teams had a ton of clients and were overwhelmed.

Middle managers were very immature in their leadership roles, not very much experience handling team conflicts or time management. Very frustrating to deal with. Overall, US Leadership was very good, flexible, cared about their employees. US market growth was not strong, limiting career opportunities. Company leadership was not great at strategic planning and long term growth.
