We're trying to build truly accountable teams, which involves a level of transparency similar to that found in a sports team. Ideally, if we all share the same goal and fate, people would speak openly about how others can fully contribute. We have more work to do in this department.

The pace is fast and expectations are high, making work-life balance challenging at times. 3. As with many rapidly growing organizations, processes and resourcing can feel inconsistent and require a high level of adaptability.
