Pros
Collaborative and teamwork centered work environment. Not a punishing or political corporate culture. Great work/life balance and flexibility that is modeled at every level of the organization. Growth happening through acquisition will bring more career opportunities. Lots of change over the last few years, but a strong culture of respect/care for people has not changed. Some of the nicest, most genuine people you will ever work for and with. Leadership team is approachable. Minimal bureaucracy at the operating company level.
Cons
Being an acquisition driven company puts us in a constant state of change and may be difficult for those not willing/able to tolerate a lot of change. Learning what is its like to be a part of a holding company and a public company, with some processes/functions centralized and some not. Some growing pains related to systems in particular.
