The individuals I worked with at PCB were the kindest and most fun colleagues. There was a lot of opportunity to step outside my comfort zone and take on additional responsibilities.
Cons
At the time, there were frequent leadership changes. Leaders did not care about the strengths or capabilities of employees and put them in different roles without setting job expectations.
