      Pros

      Good company culture that is friendly and people are mostly willing to help. Post is growing which is great to work for a company that is doing well. Flexible schedule is nice. Free Cereal is a great perk too!

      Cons

      Groups don't talk, and it's difficult to get cross-functional alignment. Priorities aren't shared and leadership decision making is done in a vacuum. Lots of middle management really don't have a clue and I don't think they know what the word strategy means.
