      Pros

      Close to the village and easy to get to Banff by bus. Most of the staff are on working holiday visas so it’s great for meeting new people from around the world. Staff accommodation isn’t terrible and food is provided.

      Cons

      Management will work you to the ground. No job security as they fire people regularly and are happy to let you work understaffed and overworked.

      Good pay, good hours, fun coworkers

      Cons

      You will do a lot of things not in your job description… fast paced environment, won’t work with schedule.
