Pros

What I really admire about this company is that it is a growing business. In the time I have been here it has grown double in size and it continues to expand, which brings a promising future to the business. There are tons of caring people, especially in management, who are eager to assist every coworker. There is always someone there who can answer a question for you. You also get freedom to share your ideas. The CEO always takes the employee's ideas into consideration. He is constantly improving on how he runs the company and how he speaks to everyone, which I admire.

Cons

There tends to be inconsistency with employees. Since it is a small company, some offices are managed by one person which leads to fraudulent activity. Sometimes you get whisked into doing something you did not initially sign on to do however, you can work with the company on this. Since a lot of your coworkers are virtual, proper mannerisms between employees sometimes fails.

Pros

There are good people that work here and have a lot of potential, but they have to spend a lot of their time cleaning up messes and brown-nosing the CEO.

Cons

The only good thing about working at PostScan is that I made friends with other people there who understood what it was really like. They also ended up leaving as soon as they could. The disrespect trickles down through the whole company directly from the CEO, so everyone talks down to you, and expects you to do extra tasks even if you never agreed to them. The CEO does not have any people skills, nor interest in supporting or motivating employees. The job itself is low-skill and tedious, and can be done in a couple hours at most - even though they require a full 8 hour day Monday to Friday. Personally, I believe it's better to work in retail or the food industry than with this company.
