it is such a family friendly business to work at with a 4 day work week and a very energetic and kind management staff. There is currently a lot of growth due to our general manager that started on about 2 years ago. He has done a lot to really build market share and create a lot of jobs

because we are moving so fast we are having to build many systems from the ground up so its not for the faint of heart and for someone with a go getter attitude not a "tell me what to do" attitude
