Lack of human touch-Very rarely feeling more than just a number.
Relaxed management, no encouragement or praise
Considering it regards it’s customer service as a main selling point, I feel that the customer facing employees are the only ones who uphold this value.
Reactive management- nothing changes until it actually goes wrong, regardless of how many times colleagues have expressed concerns/ put across ideas to improve performance.
Time served employees with little experience or interest in upper management positions.
Pressure put upon employees due to management’s lack of future planning, then when grievances are raised about expected weekend working the reply is usually ‘ well you get paid for it’
No opportunity or encouragement to progress or gain other skills once in position.
