      The pay is good, and there are some good people working there.

      Cons

      Since the company was purchased by a corporation a few of years ago, office politics have escalated. Benefits "reshaped", and stress levels elevated. Bill Wiener is no longer CEO

      Great work environment. Flexible schedule. Room to advance

      There would be periods of slower work so you had to keep yourself busy

      Pros

      Doesn't feel like an overall team. A couple of managers manage the floor and we don't know what everyone else does.

      Cons

      Overtime and union. Union is just there.
