There is a reason Actuant sold this division off. It is a mess. Very understaffed. Expectations are very unreasonable. Turnover is very high. As an engineer expect to have 6-10 projects assigned to you, with no help on anything. If you need to build samples, you will build them by yourself. Your other project will sit and then the Product Managers will all complain, and the circus just keeps going.
Yes, you will be expected to work until 6 or 7 PM. If you leave at 5 PM, you are on the "5 o'clock train" as the CEO likes to say.
Forget about the "bonus" they talk about. You won't get it. Ask them the last time they paid it.
