flexible schedule, easy to gain personal training clients
Cons
-Management does not prepare well. They address issues after they have surfaced. -The pay is less than average for my state. Commissions on training packages is only 10%. -I truly don't feel like I am cared about. There is a reason why there is such a high turnover rate.
