Pros

Salaried people get free lunch at buffet every day.

Cons

For what should be a FUN place to work, it is very very negative due to owner constantly yelling at everyone and berating them. Nothing is ever good enough, compliments are hard to come by and are usually given with back handed compliments to other co-workers. Management turnover is atrocious, all the good employees don't stay long. Great attitudes quickly turn sour. Owner says he wants change, and new ideas, but is not open to anything he doesn't suggest. If you are the kind of person that will not take abuse, don't work here. Owner is more worried about partying with cute young girls than running the business. Owner talks about politics, bashes other races, demeans women, and complains about having to pay employees. Owner has made employees work without pay as punishment for something he might not agree with. Does not pay overtime, but docks pay for salaried workers. ZERO vacation first year. Salaried employees have to clock in and out. Fires people regularly and usually for no valid reason - No jobs security here! Constantly trying to screw sales people out of commissions in various ways. There is no straight commision, you have to beat TWO previous years and only get bonused on amount in excess of previous year. Hard to do with an established business that isn't kept up. Not enough marketing to promote business and does not keep the center in good condition. Several meeting a month with owner telling everyone how bad we are at our jobs and we need to get a better attitude.
