My experience working for this company has been extremely disappointing. The management team is often unwilling to listen to feedback or consider suggestions from the employees who perform the work every day. Rather than encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement, employee concerns are frequently dismissed.
Compensation is another major issue. Experienced employees are paid wages that do not reflect their skills, experience, or contributions. The company’s pay structure is discouraging, and employees are told they must wait up to two years before even being considered for a raise or promotion, regardless of performance or dedication.
Although Human Resources promotes an “open-door policy,” that has not been my experience. It is difficult to communicate directly with HR, and employees often have to go through multiple people just to schedule a meeting. This creates unnecessary barriers for employees seeking assistance or trying to address workplace concerns.
Overall, the workload is demanding, but the compensation and recognition do not match the expectations placed on employees. The combination of poor management, limited opportunities for advancement, lack of accessible HR support, and low pay creates a work environment where employees feel overworked, undervalued, and underappreciated.
