Not a very save or long term job. People get fired all the time from different disciplines because they don’t perform as an “Olympic sports team” they mention “extrem” ownership a lot.

Great company culture, strong leadership from the co-founders and clear mission. It's a great place to work for anyone looking for ownership and impact in their careers
