At first you go through a very thorough training/education regiment where you learn about the products/services more in depth. Management makes sure you are very armed with product knowledge and information before you head out to make your first sale.

At some times the hours may seem as though they are unnecessarily long. The industry can be stressful at times but can be avoided with very strong time management skills.
