Thank you for providing your feedback. We understand that not every work environment is a fit for every person. While we do have some projects that have a highly structured feel, we have others that are more laid-back. If an employee feels their work environment is not the right fit, we would always encourage them to speak with their direct manager or with a member of the Human Resources team as we may have opportunities to transfer within the company to a project that is a better fit. That being said, we like to work hard and play hard, so while we strive provide an enjoyable work experience, we do expect our employees to give it their all in exchange.
You’ll be happy to hear that in our larger programs, we have done exactly what you suggested in your advice to management, and promoted talented employees to team lead or supervisory roles. This has proven a great advantage for the company in breaking down communication barriers and creating strong brand ambassadors for our company.
