Previous review is so dead on accurate!!! If you are not in their little click close friends group or family, you are lower than them and will never see the benefits they get. They can work from home, you can Not. They an work a couple hours to make up time, you can NOT. Favoritism is so bad here. Be wary of any statements at your interview of upward mobility or manager positions. I was told I would be. I thought it was odd when I was introduced as a rep. Never to be given a lead position after being told that. Co owner Wade is so disrespectful and condescending. They do have HIGH turnover. They have zero procedures and guidelines. Operations are fly by the seat of your pants. There is no written procedures, none. One person will tell you to do it this way, which ends up being wrong. Then you will get in trouble for it. (This was the reason Wade disrespectfully yelled at me like I was a child). And once you are on their bad side....ha! They will barely acknowledge you. Wade would come in and say hi to everyone else and completely ignore me after that....smh. I sent a letter to them after I was gone and highlighted every bit of this. Tried to explain to them why people were leaving, because they were not telling them the actual reasons. I tried telling them of the toxic clicks here. I tried to tell them by not having procedures they are hurting their operations. I tried to explain how awful middle managers and leads treat people. Judging by the previous review they completely ignored it. Not working for this company, more specifically, not being around these people was a huge burden off my shoulders, I was instantly happier!! I to whoever wrote the previous review...Finally someone says it out loud and I just wanna say you are 100% accurate.
