A great place to learn and grow. PE as a software solution is specific and innovative, so it makes your role more interesting. A friendly atmosphere, especially when you visit the office. People are great. A modern workplace, focused on details so you can feel more comfortable. Approachable HR and Management, willing to help and advise. Memorable social events. PE provides a distinctive software solution with a high growth potential.
Cons
Sometimes can be harder to find a solution, especially for beginners. However collaboration between colleagues and management resolves issues and reduces a potential stress. Apart from that, I couldn't find significant disadvantages.
