I first learned about Practifi as a competitor and was instantly intrigued. I loved the product and the level of creativity and innovation that went into building it and knew that one day I would work for this great organization. Several months ago, I decided to pursue a career with Practifi and was brought on shortly after as their first Canadian employee. It’s no surprise that the team which designed this award-winning platform was equally as impressive. The standard pains that any fast growing organization goes through, but we're getting through it together. You are expected to be a self starter. If you need constant supervision and micromanagement, this may not be the right firm for you.
