Not at all recommended. No pros about the company

Worst management.They won't pay salaries

1. There are no pros in this company. I would not even give one ⭐ despite working for quite sometime now.

1. Company lacks professionalism 2. Doing business unethically. It's indeed a "420" company in Bengaluru. 3. Salaries will never be paid on time, when it is delayed, you get half salary and you need to wait another couple of months to get the other half. Such a ridiculous excuses they gave for the delay. 4. They don't pay the PF even after deducting from the salary. 5. There are no proper clients, no proper resources. 6. The founder is a 420. He doesn't know how to run the show and his VP's doesn't even know the basic understanding of Recruitment and they handle the entire operation with zero sense. Some ex - employees have registered a police complaints as well for not clearing the F&F, PF even after an year or two years from the exit.
