Pros

It's a great company for those in the Mechanical and Aero Engineering field who like to be challenged with highly technical problems. They offer great educational benefits although they were better a few years ago. Other benefits are about average compared with other companies which is a bit disappointing since they had above average benefits when I started. Sick time is above average with 5 days + 5*(number of years) days per year. While vacation time is below average. Start off with 2 weeks, get 3 at 8 years, and 4 at 18, etc. The company also treats everyone about the same regardless of race and gender.

Cons

Not a great company for those in the IT field. Management is mostly made of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers who don't see the value that the IT field has to offer. As a result productivity of its Engineers are lower than it should be as many of it's Engineering processes are very manual intensive.

Pros

Flexible work week. As long as you reach 40 hours for the week, doesn't matter when you come/go each day. Food is pretty good.

Cons

Quick growth to P3, but growth after that stagnates/fails to be competitive in salary

Pros

Decent pay and good benefits.

Cons

Personnel reporting to me had apparently looked up my political affiliation (which I had never mentioned) and took exception to it by sabotaging work that I had supervised. This was well before 2022 - actually 2015-2016 (2022 is earliest review date I could select). I was just now remembering it. This polarized political posture was a function of the plant being near Harrisburg, PA which, at least then, was a somewhat "redneckish" area. I have never discussed my politics at work, so it seemed absurd of them to look up my party affiliation and take issue with it.
