*Agree with"No vision as company, No planning, no Management"review and adding my thoughts in that review* Company will try to keep you working 24 hours, you won't have time for yourself and family, so you can focus on work. They won't give leaves and holidays so you have more time to learn and work. You will have good Frustrated life happily enjoy that.

Cons

CTO thinks that he knows everything and won't let experienced people do there job. He treats everyone same from fresher to 20+ year experienced all of them are just cad engineer for him, he will come and tell you to make one cad like this-this- this he won't listen to anyone's thought he will do just what he want to do. This company believes in Jugads only as an engineer you will design something good, CTO will come and review your design and gives his thoughts on design to how to make that design in Jugadu manner. After that everything he will tells you to make inhouse at that moments all the tolerances of yours design won't match anywhere to you intendent design and in the end you will be blamed. In last 3 years they haven't finalized what they want to make A sedan or SUV or something else. To world they will tell they are working on XXXXX but in in reality they will tell everyday something new to make to their employees. After 3 years also they are still confused about product itself so i don't know how this company will give any product to customers. If you don't believe what i am tell then just go to any of their social media handle you will only find renders, VFX everywhere. Why not actual product? Why don't they show real product and real quality of their work, real demonstration of their robust design and testing confidence, if they really have made something then show real product to world. from last 3 year same car they are showing to world again and again, that car is still running because it have XXXXXXXX (Confidential). they are still 60-70 people in total among them 50% to 60% will be internes or fresher, 20-30% will be having one or two year of experience before joining them and only one or two people will have 10+ year of industry experience, do you think with this number and this type of people they will be able to make any Automotive product. ( If don't believe on numbers just go to their LinkedIn profile and check employees data) This company is just a balloon, which is filled with air of marketing and management is keep feeling it with air without any product. they are just making hype in market like they are doing very next level R&D and they are very advance but all this things are just dream of them and they are spreading it as a they have really done that. as of today 19 may 2022 they don't have any product neither related to Automotive industry nor related to Energy sector. Yeah they have made one prototype of car but they market that as production ready tested product. They don't believe in testing according to them making a prototype is everything after that you don't have to perform any test have to upgrade that design. just make prototype you will have all knowledge about it. Again- HR is really Puppet of CEO.

Genuinely good, hardworking people in the company.

The main problem is the top leadership. It is okay to start out fresh while founding a start-up, not knowing much, but taking lessons along the way, hiring experts in the domain and giving them the right responsibility, figuring out the tech, the product, the way to manage people and how to lead and motivate a successful team. Here, things started the same way, but went downhill very quickly. There is no learning. There is no yearning for learning. The top management isn't interested in good quality products, or products at all. There is no strategy, or vision or understanding even of the basics of the technology they want to build. It's just more of copying and pasting. As if this wasn't bad enough, there is also the feeling in the top management, that they know best, about everything! They know how to sell, how to market, how to treat people, how to build the product, how to run offices, how to build relations. So the people hired are not hired for their talent, or opinion or expertise, they are hired to follow the orders. And to get blamed for when these "expert" founder ideas don't work out. But lets not say the top management is not good at anything, they are experts when it comes to playing fast and lose with the truth - both internally and externally. People and their talent is given zero respect. Employees are treated like toilet paper, use and throw, and repeat - at all levels. The people are driven to being scared, unsure, frustrated, burnt and pushed out. The executive team collectively lacks empathy, vision, talent and most importantly, any inclination to get better.
