There are so many Pros to Praxis Computing from the benefits, the pay, the training, the advancement opportunities, the genuine care and compassion the owners and managers have towards each and every one of their employees and the respect and appreciation everyone has for each other is amazing to be a part of.

I honestly cannot think of any.

Super nice Services Manager, great perks, lots of team communication. Relaxed, family-style culture. Company provides laptop and company phone to all employees.

Business casual every day including Fridays. Sometimes nasty clients. Company is too small to provide top notch service. Demands sometimes outweigh benefits. Exhausting workloads, work life balance is strained. Company only effectively supports VDI environment (VMware/Horizon). Onsite support sometimes 20 miles away. Salaries below market rate in all positions.
