Pros
Decent pay, friendly colleagues, good mid-level managers, good opportunities for advancement, weird work hours that can work well for some
Cons
Touted as flexible work hours but it’s not flexible, just different than standard hours which can be a pro or a con depending on the person. They also require two meetings a week in addition to the normal 40 hours. I felt like the bar was constantly raised every time I worked hard to meet the expectations and burnt out really fast. It’s definitely quantity over quality and I felt constantly stressed about meeting the quota each shift. Some people seemed to love it but it wasn’t for me.
