Pros
The job is simple: take the order and help a Dr save a smile. It was nice when we read those teary letters from healed patients. You can wear pretty much whatever you want after a while just close toed shoes. You can clock in from an app so it's pretty convenient. They USED to give out monetary rewards when the company met their goals but I see thats changed quite a bit since I've left. I do miss the nice colleagues. Let me tell you something though.. If you want the office setting find a better office to work for. Same goes for warehouse and inventory.
Cons
It's all a good joke to those in charge that the place is falling apart. The management staff just likes to walk around?? The office workers are a clique and the obvious faves compared to warehouse (though I must admit warehouse guys are just a giant frat which is fun to work with and they do actually get work done but on my very first day there was already some harassment goings on. Seemed allowed because it just kept happening? He's gone now and so am I so I cant speak on whether or not they actually changed) if you work here you basically have to take a crash course in dental work and all the micro bits that come in the what 3k item book? Not a true con but just a warning because these dentists rely on you to help save actual mouths for actual people so no pressure or anything.
