      Pros

      Working for Precedo was made bearable by the friends that I made whilst working there. When I think about my time there I cant think of anything good to say.

      Cons

      You were never guaranteed to get paid. The CEO would fob us off with excuses on why our salary hadn't gone in. There was no trust within the company at all. Everybody at Manager and above level would stab you in the back to get further up within Precedo. People coming into work and being told that hours are being cut with no notice or worse still "pack up your stuff, we cant afford you anymore". Run by absolute Cowboys

      Flexible, amazing people who are always ready to support staff. Service to clients is done with high levels of professionalism.

      Cons

      For me, there isn't any. Just be fair with the company and they will be fair to you.
