Great work-life balance - General Manager Preciball Employee Review

I left a huge company in the corporate world to come work at Preciball and it has been the best decision I've ever made. In my old job, I was stressed chasing arbitrary goals, answering to dozens of people, and working myself into the ground. At Preciball, you don't have someone looming over you daily, the goal is clear, and the work-life balance is fantastic. My favorite aspect is that I can walk right into the GM's office whenever I have an idea or a need. He always listens and normally has an answer immediately. I really feel like I can impact something/make change when you are actually able to bring up new ideas. Within my first month, it was noticed that I was taking on extra tasks and they immediately made sure it was worth my while. I also love the small feel within the team. We work hard but laugh while we are doing it. Another positive is that you can learn a ton. Preciball isn't compartmentalized. I've learned about Shipping, Quality, Purchasing, and beyond since I've started. Really understanding how everything happens makes you proud of the end result.
