Literally none. It is the most vile, disgusting, and TOXIC work environment I have ever been in.
Cons
If you ever question the ethicality of something, be prepared to get threatened with termination. All of the higher ups are super shady. If you love lying to peoples faces, backstabbing, and doing borderline unethical things, this is the right place for you.
If you have any semblance of self-respect, good work ethic, or enthusiasm for the work that you do, be prepared to have that all stomped on and crushed. They will dangle promotions and raises in your face if you jump through all these hoops, only to keep adding to the list of things that need to be done before you get it. You’ll never actually get it.
