Because of the lose of all the talented people, the company will soon switch to a chapter 7 bankruptcy- liquidation. I suggest mental therapy for one owner, and a remedial business class for the other. This company had so much potential- many very large, luctrative contracts with Fortune 500 companies. Because of the stupidity of the owners, they have lost all and now are getting by on scraps. I give them less than 3 months.
