Pros
Taking on this position can offer you access to fast-paced environment the company tends to build itself on. It holds a diverse group of people from a standpoint of career experiencer rather than race and socioemics.
Cons
There seems to be misrepresentation in the culture that's promoted compared to the culture you could experience and lack of integrity in leadership. Leadership used to advocate for a value deemed "We Centricity," which was supposed to promote unity amongst all through the company and celebrated transparency. They seemed to fail in following through on both having laid off former long-time employees and many others, unannounced. Following that, they publicly promised there would be no more layoffs that year. A few months later, they laid off another relatively large group of former employees, unannounced again. This, amongst many other instances of not following through on their word, speaks to lack of integrity, stability and drove of lack of trust for mindfulness for employees and their career growth.
