Pros

I’ve been working briefly with the company and I’ve had nothing short of an amazing experience so far! From the very top of the leadership chain to my direct manager everyone has shown immense support and care for my growth and overall experience with the company. I plan to be with this company for as long as I can, this is home!

Cons

It may be due to me still being so new but I have really experienced any cons or anything like that in my personal life opinion.

Pros

they give you an automatic 'good faith' commission for specimens when you first sign on. I believe this lasts for 3 months. After that time, the bonus falls off and you are expected to obtain your commission bonus through sales. also, my mom became sick while I was working here and they allowed me 3 days off to go see her.

Cons

I can hardly think of a more toxic work environment in my years of working in sales. My manager was promoted because she was a good salesperson. She did not have a single ounce of leadership abilities. Management played favorites, because they learned it from upper management who did the same. Our team was awarded top sales (president's club) the first year I was with the team, however because I hadn't hit the time threshold, I was not recognized with my team for the efforts. The managers would get on phone calls in the car during ride-alongs and actively speak ill of other employees in front of me. That showed me they didn't think twice about speaking badly about me to others within the company. I cannot tell you how many days I spent in my car sobbing alone after a bad day. During COVID they pushed even harder, so much so that my manager became exposed to the virus and knowingly attended meetings the following week where she infected me. She still expected me to carry on working while she was 'quarantined' until my test came back positive. They paid pennies for mileage reimbursement, in a territory where I was averaging 200 miles a day. Gas was $7/gallon at the time I worked here and with a salary of $50k it felt like I was spending money just to do my job. I truly feel like I was traumatized by my experience here. I couldn't be more thankful to never have to return to this place or these people again. A bridge I had no problem burning.
