Pros
Prior to Precision I worked as a 1099 for 3+ years representing multiple product lines. Since then I have worked for Precision for 6+ years as a Territory manager and a Regional Manager. My experience at Precision has been has been great. They care both about professional and personal growth. I have seen many employees growing and meeting their professional goals. The culture is great and the innovation and integrity is awesome!
Cons
Not really a con but there is constant innovation and growth with the science, organization and lab which helps you grow personally and professionally. If you do not have a growth mindset then you may find yourself being frustrated.
