      OT when oil is booming, good place to learn NDT

      Lots of call out work, scheduling can be hit or miss, some offices are not very busy, you have to be your own advocate for raises and stay on top of management,

      Plenty of hours Plenty of time away from home if you want it Great techs willing to teach you

      Unreasonable expectation on hours with other begging for more hours Unreasonable compensation Managers don't care what you have to say. Show up, shut up, or find somewhere else mentality.
