Pros
Flexible work schedule. Great company trip every year, if you qualify. There are many great and talented individuals who work in the HQ and out in the field.
Cons
Poor senior management and leadership. Much of the management team has little to no experience outside of Precoa and have promoted through prior relationships with the executive team and other senior individuals. Seems that most of the focus of the company is to mold employees into one specific persona and not interested in utilizing individual talents or characteristics. If you don't fit this mold, good luck breaking into the "boys club". Talent and capability are not considered when looking to promote and are often used against individuals when opportunities for advancement arise. Personal situations that are irrelevant to work have often hindered individuals opportunity for advancement as well. The culture could be described as a "gossip beehive" and its hard to trust the word of many individuals in leadership positions. The benefits are pretty poor as well.
