I started working there because it gave me the opportunity to work with the developmentally disabled.

I felt that most employees were abusive towards their clients and the company did very little, if anything to stop this. There was one employee there who had been given around four last chance contracts and was still allowed to stay with the company at the same location. It felt like the company didn't truly care for clients.

The clients. The clients are the best reason to work at this organisation. Also some of the leadership is receptive to criticism, which is a good thing since it builds up the company.

Unstable work environment, lack of teamwork among employees. Management perfomance is lackluster. Alot of favouritism among some employees, lack of professionality, Double standards.
