very good place to work been here for nearly 3 years now worked my way to where am i now built good relationships, staff taxis for early starts and late finishes, flexi working, shorter shifts during the summer

long winter shifts but to be expected during the busy time

Pros

My time at Preferred Management Solutions was honestly such an important part of my growth. I worked with a supportive team who trusted me, challenged me, and helped me build confidence in handling complex, sensitive cases. The role taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly with people from all kinds of backgrounds, and make decisions that balanced empathy with practicality. I’m really grateful for the experience I gained there and for the people who shaped my journey. It’s a place where I learned a lot, developed resilience, and discovered strengths I still rely on today.

The winter shifts were long, but they taught me a lot — especially about staying organised, focused and confident in my own judgement

Pros

Other agents are brilliant people and lovely to work with.

Cons

Higher management are awful, horrible to speak to. Very condescending and patronising, go around the world or promise you things and then never see it through. And they wonder why people leave or put a sick note in. Feel very sorry for the team leaders who are still there, can tell they are under so much stress and for what? To be told they still aren’t doing good enough!!
