A lot of work and good place to work

Only thing I don't like Maditory overtime on weekends

• Hiring process is extremely easy and fast. • Managers are very polite and show great respect to other employees. • The management really take care of new hires, shows a great support to them.

• This place looks like a disco, bar, playground, or social club with music at high volume while many employees waste time talking, playing, joking and so on and the management looks that they do not care some employees steal precious time of the company. • For that reason, sometimes is hard to concentrate in the job, so that cause frequently mistakes in the operations. • There is a supervisor looks like gang member or street boy, no professional behavior, do not pay attention to his job, spend a lot of time talking, joking, playing, making a lot of mistakes. • Even when is mandatory to use mask to prevent the Covid 19, some employees do not take this seriously. Some do not use the mask even in close spaces like a small office, where there are sometimes several employees in this area. • One day I watched an employee at the office watching cartoons in his phone, next to a manager, and he not say nothing about this, let him to waste time instead to be working in something.
