I work with great people and learn from those more experienced every day. Rarely is there a time when I don't learn something new, order s better way to do something.
Cons
You're time is not respected. If a surgeon wants to do a case and you're due to leave in 20 minutes, your expected to start the case with the false promise that someone will get you out - which only happens half the time.
