Pros

- AMAZING products. We can do most of insurance types whichever fits with the client and also we can sell for a few of top companies which have exceptional products. I personally like it because why have to appoint and learn like 200 random companies which same regular policies, why not just have a few best best companies in your hands. Whole life, Term, IUL, UL, Key person, Annuity.. we can help all. - Realistic and practical FIELD training, they won't keep you in a classroom and learn theory all day. They will show you what to say, how to do and show you by actions. Mentorship is a bomb. - NON-CAPTIVE. No worries you will lose your clientele. - NO QUOTA! There's no minimum you HAVE TO do if you don't want to. Of course, if you want promotion fast then you have to run but if you're slow, nobody tell you that you should quit. No penalty. - WELL ESTABLISHED. Promotion guidelines and all the compliance are in place. Very clear. No bias or begging to get promoted. As long as you work hard and doing the right thing, follow the rules and laws, once you hit the numbers, you are promoted. They don't joke around and we are train to put clients' interest on top. Not money. - PROVEN SYSTEM. No cold calls, knocking strangers' doors, no pay to buy leads that were passed to 100 different agents. The company have their own exclusive system to have clients. - Advanced technology. We have company app that show the information, training videos and stuffs. Also, sale tracking system and support for FREE! NO MONTHLY FEE. - BEST LEADERSHIP. The CEO and Chairman are still on the field and committed to help the people in the company. They talk and answer our questions, care about the agents, remember people names,.. They leads through hardest time like COVID. They are wartime leaders. - CULTURE of helping and healthy competitive. - Long term business by HELPING people. - RECOGNITION is a big thing. The company actually recognizes you and give you awards, FREE vacation trip (no 1099) with your loved one, gifts... I love how they take care of their agents. - Welcome Part time or full time, no need to quit your current job. - And more but I think it's enough

Cons

- HARD work. Just like any business, you have to put in the work. This one is not those corporate sitting all day in a room, doing minimal. - Take time to build up for most people. Cannot expect easy and fast money right away.

Pros

PFA has changed my life in so many ways. It’s helped me grow both personally and professionally—by easing my social anxiety, reducing my fear of rejection, and boosting my confidence to chase after my financial goals. Through working with PFA, I’ve come to realize that my biggest obstacle has always been myself. I’m the one who holds me back. I’m the one who tells myself I can’t do something. But being surrounded by people who’ve learned to overcome their fears and silence their negative self-talk is truly inspiring. It shows me that with the right leaders, you can accomplish incredible things. PFA celebrates and values the human spirit. When people feel appreciated, they work harder. I’ve never felt that kind of appreciation in any of my W2 jobs—and I’ve had ten of them. I spent years working for other people, hoping they’d recognize my effort, but I never received anything meaningful in return. At PFA, hard work matters more than seniority. I actually see the results of my effort, and when that happens, it doesn’t go unnoticed. My director sees it. The executive chairman sees it. Even the CTO and CEO take notice. That kind of recognition is powerful—and it’s something I’ve never experienced until now.

Cons

Concerning the training app, I wish there was a way for you to save where you stopped watching a video. I have to remember where I left off and end up just rewatching the whole training video.

Pros

An Independent Life Insurance Agent with Premier Financial Alliance offers a lot of opportunities to help people expand their financial boundaries without risking their monies to the stock market and such. The salaries can be significant, but, highly contingent on building a successful client base under the tutorage of an experienced and trained agent. This is a great training ground for new agents as everything needed to be successful is available once your get your license.

Cons

The premier products of IULs and annuities are top-notch, but are geared to suit a narrow segment of the population, namely young(ish), healthy, and affluent. The agent you are paired with is certified and their input can ultimately shape your success for better or worse. You'll need great marketing and follow-up systems to turn the training provided into a livable income. As the majority of new agents (around 70%) make less than $5,000 per year, it is highly recommended that you have an alternative source of income when breaking into this industry.
