I’ve been here some time now and there is no prospects of continued leadership growth. I work long hours and am under valued and under paid for my qualifications. I conduct financial audits of state government entities and OMB A-133 audits with not for profits. I could do most of their jobs more efficiently in less time. Our portfolio is built off companies that are required to contract a portion of their audits. Yet they advertise these wins from Md Department of Transportation and other big names. It’s a small business run by incompetent people, especially the founder, who leads with emotions rather than facts and data. I request that you kindly take your resume and business elsewhere. I am trying to do the same but it’s difficult in this economy.
