      Pros

      I have really enjoyed my time at Premier. The benefits are great, but my great time is attributed to my manager and team. They are wonderful.

      Cons

      We are mandated to go in to the office now 3 days a week. It’s not the worst thing in the world, but it is an inconvenience for people that have been remote for years.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
