Great company to work for. Fun team environment. The owner is a smart businessman who wants to see you succeed. I unfortunately only worked here for 6 months before making the switch to another company, but this is a great start to get your feet in the door and get the necessary experience to take on to any other sales job in your future. Work hard and you will succeed. Growth potential is high.

Turnover can be high, just like any other sales job. Sales isn't a fit for everyone. Some people just don't have what it takes to want to succeed.

The only good thing about this place is that you get to quit and never come back once you realize it is a horrible place to work.

They lie to you from the start and keep all the details about the job from you because they do not want you to know you are selling makeup door to door in poor neighborhoods. The owner makes you work 70+ hour weeks for a base pay that doesn't even equal minimum wage. They try and make it seem like a real business by making you dress in suites and ties but that is just a joke because your selling the cheapest makeup anyone has ever seen. The head people try and use cool words like "killing it and slanging bags" which is kinda sad because I think they actually believe they think they are doing a real job. Once you realize its not worth your time they say you just do not have what it takes or your just not cut out for it because you do not want to work 70+ hours for 500 dollars a week.
