Depending on where your job requires you to work, whether it be a branch or the main office, you might as well expect to be enveloped by a hostile work environment. The bulk of the issues are with employees and managers at the multiple Premier Members branches. There are constantly disputes between branch managers and other employees such as tellers that can get quite heated. These disputes typically are not only within the branch but are company wide and create a tough overall work environment. There are some branch managers who are especially not well like among most of the company's employees because of their authority issues. If you decide to work at Premier Members DO NOT ever submit a complaint either to supervisors or HR. If you do expect to be harassed about it, come under intense scrutiny for it, and possibly get in trouble for it. The chain of command and how employee complaints are handled is truly a broken system at this company. It seems that the first priority is always to protect the upper level employees no matter what, even if it means keeping countless employees stuck in a hostile, uncomfortable, and damaging work environment. Employees have even ultimately been fired for contacting HR, so just do not do it if you want to keep your job.
