Rolling downhill - Manager Premier Nutrition Employee Review

Employee experience is on a steep downhill trajectory over the last 6 months - 1 year. Company is experiencing challenges and executive leadership has slid into their worst impulses: taking on manager-level decisions, pivoting strategy frequently, communicates decisions exceptionally poorly, shows no ability to lead under pressure or communicate a vision. Hope they're able to overcome this panic mode and show true leadership. It would be a shame otherwise - it was a company with so much promise!
