The owners are so understanding when it comes to family. They have always allowed me to put my family first. They make it easy to have a work-life balance.

I haven't encountered any cons.

Not a lot of pros... Beautiful showroom and office space. Herman Miller is a great office product!

Unprofessional work environment. Employees often get into loud exchanges that can be heard through most of the open office space, sometimes using inappropriate language. Office can be clickish and hard to fit in. Close friends and family of the owners work there, which can make for unbalanced work situations (favoritism, etc.) Company lacks clear business processes, which create issues for many of the employees tasked with delivering objectives. Low pay, minimal if any annual raises. No 401k match, sub-par health benefits. Lilttle if zero opportunity for advancement.
