Pros
Most of the people who work there are very nice, and extremely hard working. The location is good for eating out or shopping during lunch, that's really all I can come up with for Pro.
Cons
Literally everything else. This was my first job out of college, and it was an eye opener. After now working at normal, reputable companies, I can see how bad the environment at PRL is. What everyone else has been saying is right on point; no personal time, no sick time, no vacation time, and very, very few paid company holidays. The turn over rate is the worst I've seen in any company since, seemed like people were being fired every week. There were no company functions to show that you're appreciated as an employee (I don't count the lunches and lectures because no one enjoyed those). And the micromanaging of the owners is still the worst I've ever dealt with; cameras everywhere, no vending machines allowed in the building (because sugar is evil), forced to listen to pre-approved music over the speakers, etc. If you have other employment options, I would strongly consider those.
