Premier is working hard to be a standout in the roofing industry. They have their own custom software team where you get the chance to build tools used by hundreds of your teammates every day.
Cons
The company encourages very “T-shaped” teammates. If you are looking for specialization or a siloed job this is not for you. Most roles now including mine are interdisciplinary.
Premier is an excellent place to work. They care about their teammates, are always focused on growth, and there are endless opportunities to learn.
